Reservation Policy
- Your reservation confirmed the date of the deposit after your consultation with the reservations department (about 25% of the total amount, with minimal deposit the cost of one night).

Cancelation Policy (Decision GNTO 503007/1976 FEK 166)
- Cancellations received until up to 21 days before arrival will incur no charge and the whole deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations received within 7 to 21 days before arrival will incur no extra charge but the amount of deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellations received within 7 days before arrival or non shows the agreed date, you are charged with the 50% of the total reservation cost.
- In case of departure before the booked date, a cancellation fee of 50% for the rest of the booked stay will be charged.
